## Description

Newark and Sherwood District Council is seeking to procure the services of a contractor to undertake the service and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical extraction services \(excluding individual flats\) at Gladstone House a supported housing complex and at its Farrar Close offices in Newark on Trent\. The contract does not guarantee the successful bidder will be appointed to undertake repairs identified during risk assessments\.
