## Description

DurhamWorks are looking for a single specialist provider who can deliver tailored bespoke support to 16-24 year old participants with learning difficulties and/ or disabilities, specifically those with social, emotional or mental health \(SEMH\) difficulties who are Not in Education, Employment or Training \(NEET\)\.
