Description

Luton Council is working on behalf of Foxhall Homes to develop land at Wandon Close to provide a mix of 60 residential dwellings consisting of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom maisonettes. The proposed scheme aims to deliver 20% affordable homes which offer a high standard of sustainable accommodation set within an attractive landscaped environment.\r The proposal has planning permission.\r The service require a Principal Contractor to deliver and complete the works under a JCT Design & Build contract.\r All tender documents can be found on the ProContract (Proactis) e-tendering portal.
