Work description
The appointed consultant will be required to take on the role of Conservation Accredited Architect/Chartered Building Surveyor and take on or domestic sub-contract the Principal Designer role under the CDM Regulations 2015.
Pre-Contract Stage (Architect/Surveyor & Principal Designer Services to be undertaken associated with Stages 1 to 3)
Post Contract, Repairs Stage (Architect/Surveyor & Principal Designer Services to be undertaken associated with Stages 4 & 5)
