## Description

Help to Save is a scheme designed to encourage people on low incomes to build up savings by offering bonuses on savings\. This mixed method research aims to provide insight into customer behaviour and experiences of the service following launch\. This will help HMRC to identify any improvements that can be made to the scheme and understand how to further encourage uptake\.
