Subcontract Opportunity Advertisement Platform - CompeteFor

Description

The sole supplier, BiP Solutions, will provide NHP access to a secure dedicated Site within their, CompeteFor Portal. Framework Alliance Partners, Tier One and Tier Two contractors will be able to advertise all contract opportunities on the platform and potential suppliers will be able to access the relevant procurement notices. This will enable Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to find contract opportunities for the NHP which are appropriate to them. NHP has divided the individual hospital build projects into 5 cohorts to enable the deployment of its resources and expertise on projects to be relative to a cohort's delivery requirements. Cohort 2 relates to the delivery of the "Early" schemes and in Cohort 2 there will be collaboration between the NHP, Trusts, and Tier One suppliers facilitated through a partnering agreement. The initial Cohort 2 contract has just been awarded and the Portal needs to be in place as soon as possible to allow for the selected partner's / Tier One contractors to advertise the subcontract opportunities arising from their contract.
