## Description

An Essex Transformation Partnership is needed to support this transformation at both a strategic and operational level across a range of important areas of focus for Essex County Council\. The overall ambitions of the Essex Transformation Partnership are: 1\) To reframe how the customer approaches key areas of work so that they can deliver the outcomes set in the Organisation Strategy and put these services on a financially sustainable footing from 2020/21 onwards; and 2\) To build our internal culture and capability so that they are able to drive insight-led transformation across the business for the future, linking in with the customers new workforce strategy\.
