## Description

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is looking to engage a service provider with specialised professional knowledge of mobility impairments\. The provider must be able to use its knowledge and experience in this area to arrange and deliver a mobility assessment service to those who apply for one of the following schemes; National Blue Badge Scheme; Disabled Persons Freedom Pass; Taxi card or; Personalised Disabled Bays\. The assessor will be required to make a decision on the eligibility of applicants in line with the Department of Transport Guidance and the Transport Act 2000\.
