The overall aims of the study are to: - Create a baseline measure of stakeholder satisfaction. - Provide insight into how the IPCC is perceived externally and the status of our stakeholder relationship, particularly confidence in the IPCC. - Determine stakeholder understanding of the IPCC’s role and remit and our position in the overall police accountability framework. - Understand stakeholder requirements and expectations of the IPCC - Establish the most effective methodology/combination of methodologies to collect stakeholder feedback going forward.
