## Description

The overall aims of the study are to: - Create a baseline measure of stakeholder satisfaction\. - Provide insight into how the IPCC is perceived externally and the status of our stakeholder relationship, particularly confidence in the IPCC\. - Determine stakeholder understanding of the IPCC’s role and remit and our position in the overall police accountability framework\. - Understand stakeholder requirements and expectations of the IPCC - Establish the most effective methodology/combination of methodologies to collect stakeholder feedback going forward\.
