GB-Chelmsford: 0592 Tri LEP Energy Strategy

Description

The South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP) requires consultancy services for the production of a tri-LEP Energy Strategy and Action Plan. The provider will work closely with the tri-LEP Project Steering Group and Project Working Group on two integrated work streams - data collation and analysis, and stakeholder engagement and consultation - to produce a comprehensive and robust energy strategy and action plan in line with current best practice, regional needs and government expectations. The provider will have the capacity and capability to undertake collation, mapping, analysis and modelling of the energy opportunities across the whole tri-LEP geography, for power, heat and transport. The provider will underpin this process with thorough stakeholder engagement across the public and private sector to ensure accuracy and ownership for implementation of the strategy and action plan. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
