## Description

Project Monitoring Surveyor to support the redevelopment of E3 HUB Erdington \(Former Swimming Baths\) scope including KYC/AML company checks\. To assist negotiations on agreed scheme prior to approval of the funding agreement, then providing an initial report, plus monthly interim drawdown reports plus a formal completion report at Practical Completion of the refurbishment\.
