1-723 Technical Consultancy for M48 Severn Bridge Main Cable Assessment

The objectives are to review the traffic loading (WIM) data, Acoustic Monitoring and Dehumidification data for each three monthly period and produce quarterly reports. Carry out a yearly review of all the data and produce a report for that period. When required on a call off basis carry out a BSALL assessment due to unforeseen events i.e. excessive wire breaks (outside criteria laid down in the Monitoring Specification), abnormal traffic loadings, caused by queuing on the structure etc. Review all the documentation and produce an Assessment Certificate.
