The objective of this contract is to perform an initial assessment of material options for the three configurations listed below:  1\. Microwave vacuum window used in WR-\#\# waveguide\.  2\. Vacuum window with size below cut-off used for arc-detection  3\. Generic vacuum barrier of either rectangular and circular cross-section used for integration in HE11 waveguide components\.
