The requirement is for Microsoft Project On Line Essential licences to allow users to enter timesheets on a stand-alone ISS instance of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management 2013\. 2500 users will need licences initially, with a further 1000 users requiring licences by 31/03/2017\.
