Project Management Services Maison Dieu Project

Description

Dover District Council is seeking to procure a specialist consultant to provide technical project management services for the capital build element of the Maison Dieu Project in Dover, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. At least one member of the appointed team must be APM qualified, have experience of working on highly Listed Buildings (Grade I/Grade II*) and experience of National Lottery Heritage Fund projects.The appointment will commence at the beginning of RIBA Work Stage 4 and extend to the completion of RIBA Work Stage 7. Tender returns are to be completed and submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk by no later than 12:00 hours on the 5th October 2020.
