## Description

Bolsover District Council has been selected as one of the pilot authorities under the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities' PropTech Engagement Fund \(Theme 1: Plan-Making Process: Regulation 18\)\. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to identify a suitable PropTech software provider to enable the Council explore the potential for streamlining the plan-making process and gamifying Regulation 18 consultation to drive collaboration and engagement\.
