NCC838 Whinney Hill Mechanical & Electrical Installations

Ascent Homes are tendering two works packages and are looking to appoint a subcontractor(s) to provide Mechanical and/or Electrical Services to 122nr new build plots at Guidepost, Whinney Hill, Northumberland.

This tender is being presented in 2 Lots. Bidders can apply for either or both Lots.

All drawings and associated documents within the specification are relevant for both Lots except for Appendix B & C. Appendix B is the specific NHBC specification for Lot 1 - Mechanical and Appendix C is the specific NHBC specification for Lot 2 - Electrical.
