## Description

Doncaster Council is inviting competitive and high-quality tenders for the provision of an integrated, multi-user grounds maintenance and street cleansing solution\. At present, Doncaster Council utilises Mayrise, supplied by Causeway, to manage the Street Scene Service provided buy our in-house team\. This tender does not include the Waste and Recycling service\. We are looking for a system that combines Geographic Information System \(GIS\) and data management software to map and record the location of assets, attributes associated with each asset, a schedule of what work is carried out along with a diary of when, associated costs for the work, and billing information\. This contract has the available option of being extended up to a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council\. This contract has a possible contract length of up to 5 years including the extension period\. This contract was procured via a framework agreement - further competition\.
