Advisory Report on Financial Resilience

Assessing the impact of a one notch change to the cash lock up licence condition. OFWAT want to understand how companies and investors would be impacted by this change, whether there would be other unintended consequences of the change (e.g. debt or investor appetite / sentiment towards the sector) and whether the change would affect any underlying fundamentals of the investment proposition into water (e.g. risk profile, return requirements etc).
