High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

Description

The University of Southampton requires a quaternary based High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) purification system with PDA detector. The ability to run both HPLC and UHPLC separations is desirable. The system should be able to handle a number of solvent systems and pH ranges. We require the relevant instrument, computing hardware and software to be included within the purchase as well as any required training to be able to use the instrument. The system would be used for research by the UK National Crystallography Service for use with a wide range of chemical systems.
