Langarth Energy Centre - Design, Manufacture and Install architectural gates to substation compound.

Coserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitable and experienced contractor to Design, Manufacture and Install architectural gates to substation compound. Part of the Langarth Garden Village development.

Requirements : Double leaf, lockable, gate dimensions 6000mm wide (both leaves) x 4400mm high (approx.), the opening that the gates and posts fit into is 6600mm. Gate to allow for 50mm ground clearance. Finish to be obscure / solid panel in either Corten Steel or colour effect to Corten Steel colour. An "Industrial" looking gate, with a motif laser cut into the panel (see Langarth Garden Village logo below). Posts are to be supported by foundations only and not attached to the pre-cast panel wall. Gates to open outwards, away from the compound. Restraints to be provided for opened gates, drop bolts for closed gates.
