## Description

The purpose of this single source justification is to continue to appoint BUPA Healthcare to provide the option of enhanced medical care for our employees\. There are no actual costs to the organisation, as all costs are recoverable through employee salary reductions\. The Contract value is based on 100% opt in from employees to the optional scheme\. Therefore, this contract value has been over estimated\. Currently, only 6% of employees have opted into this enhanced healthcare scheme\.
