RE - TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR EASTLANDS CAR PARK

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is seeking to appoint mechanical and electrical engineering services for Eastlands Car Park.

The Works comprise supply, installation and setting to work / commissioning of a new control panel and BMS system and associated supplies for the existing Eastlands Car Park Plantroom services.

The works will include the stripping out and removal of the existing control panel. The existing plant equipment is to be maintained. New sensors, alarms and other BMS ancillaries are to be installed to the existing plantroom equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, AHU, etc.

Attending a site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend a site visit will result in an automatic exclusion from the procurement process. The site visits are being conducted by Robbie Bales from Ridge and Partners LLP and there are two available dates Wednesday 15th November and Friday 17th November

The Council is looking to have the works complete by the end of March 2018.

Additional information: The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers.
