South Cambridgeshire District Council - Mystery Shopper Exercise

SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide a Mystery Shopper Service to SCDC for its contact centre for telephone call channel traffic.

The purpose is to understand and learn about the customer experience identifying key elements of the service that could be enhanced to improve the outcome by reducing unnecessary delays in the customer journey.

The process will involve the successful company contacting our Council as a customer and capturing their experience in a way that SCDC can determine the quality of its services.
