Reconfiguration and refurbishment of existing CHRT office space to create new 'Haven facility, provision of CHRT office space and doctor-on-call bedroom, new en-suite bedroom, assisted bathroom and beverage bay in Opal Ward and replacement cross corridor doorsets with access control in all wards at: Langley Green Hospital, Martyrs Avenue, Crawley RH11 7EJ This opportunity was previously published as a 2-stage tender but has since had the specification finalised and is now being conducted as an "OPEN" single stage process\. The project shall use JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016\. The original construction budget was £290,000, this has now been revised to £380,000 - £420,000
