Cornwall Music Education Hub Vocal Strategy Lead - Cornwall 2018-20

Cornwall Council, the lead partner of the Cornwall Music Education Hub (CMEH) is seeking to contract a supplier to lead on its Vocal Strategy as outlined in the delivery plan approved by The Arts Council.

The provider can be a self-employed individual, or a named individual from an organisation. The individual will be required to develop a dynamic and joined up vocal strategy for Cornwall to ensure that every pupil has the chance to sing regularly and that inspiring vocal activities of all genres and styles (including choirs and other vocal ensembles) are available to all children and young people. The provider will also strive to elevate the quality of vocal activity across all genres of singing, including choral part singing, through training and resources. See specification
