## Description

The subject matter of this process relates to the delivery of services which are listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations\. The contract provides for the provision of learning disability supported living services to eight tenants in individual self-contained flats with a communal living area\. The contract shall support persons with a learning disability and / or autism alongside additional needs connected to Mental Health, Personality Disorder, or a Chaotic Lifestyle\. The people supported will be low needs, with shared core support hours of 105 per week plus a night concierge service \(it is anticipated any additional 1 to 1 support identified at assessment and through support plans will be no more than 20hrs/week 1 to 1 support\)\. The contract period is initially two \(2\) years with an option to extend by up to a maximum of one \(1\) further year beginning on 17 January 2022\.
