Liverpool City Council is appointing a multi-disciplinary organisation to provide a range of professional and technical services required to assist the Council in conversion of two adjoining semi-detached bungalows, into a children's home providing four council-run, local, medium-term placements. Funding for the scheme has been confirmed by the Department for Education.\r \r The multi-disciplinary consultancy is required for Project Management, Commercial/QS and Design resource to plan, manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the scope.\r \r Award is made following a further competition via the Crown Commercial Services Framework - Construction Professional Services RM6165, Lot 1 (CCS reference CPS1- CPS1-39149-2025)
