TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF A PROPERTY FUND MANAGER AND INVESTMENT ADVISOR (2017) UNDER THE HCA PROPERTY PANEL

Following submission of a successful sifting brief, short-listed organisations were invited to tender for the provision of a Property Fund Manager and Investment Advisor to lead on the sourcing and transacting of new investment opportunities for Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council.

The contract is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend annually for up to a further 2 years

Additional information: The Council utilised an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there was no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, was conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: https://sebp.due-north.com/
