## Description

Following submission of a successful sifting brief, short-listed organisations were invited to tender for the provision of a Property Fund Manager and Investment Advisor to lead on the sourcing and transacting of new investment opportunities for Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council\. The contract is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend annually for up to a further 2 years Additional information: The Council utilised an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers\.
