## Description

The works comprise of the design and construction of additional sports and recreation facilities including an adventure play area, community allotments, a BMX bike track, footpaths with lighting, a main car park, a car park with new access for the allotments, refurbishment or demolition and rebuilding of the allotments facilities building, upgraded main access off Pye Green Road and landscaping all as described in the employers requirements document\.
