Relationships and Connectivity Workshops

The provision of a series of Relationships and Connectivity workshops. The overall aim is to deliver a workshop that develops the skills and behavioural competencies of leaders to enable them to build trusting relationships, to understand how they work better with one another, and to be able to productively resolve and use conflict in a positive way, the workshops will be aimed at all leaders of NHS staff across the East Midlands. Proposals are sought from experts in the field of leadership development specifically, communication, conflict and relationship building, to work with the East Midlands Leadership Academy, to design an innovative and engaging workshop.
