The refurbishment of the existing Gheluvelt Park splashpad\. The maximum construction budget is £350,000 \(excl\. VAT\)\. All of the budget does not necessarily have to be used to achieve the requirements\. The proposal should offer value for money and price has been allocated a 30% weighting to reflect this\. Please note that any proposals above the allowed budget will be disqualified\.
