Strategic Objectives Management Service - Building Capability

The Portfolio Directorate in Defra have a range of change initiatives underway. The Portfolio team needs to increase the rate of progress and outcomes achieved from these through improved prioritisation, oversight of, and accountability for change initiatives, and management of this initiatives alongside 'must do' / 'business as usual' activity.
