The service provider will be required to lead the delivery of projects to support operational delivery: - This support is essential if we are to meet Government Digital Service standards in our digital projects including Permitting, Monitoring, Reporting and Verification service for the UK Emissions Trading Scheme. The service provider will: o Be required to ensure that digital system outcomes are aligned with service visions and business strategies. o Work closely with stakeholders in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation for our digital systems. o Ensure IT products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage of the project (Alpha/beta/production) and meet agile delivery standards
