Work description
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Occupational Health (OH) outsourced services enable DWP to; monitor and address health and attendance issues, meet its statutory obligations regarding health surveillance, identify preventative measures to minimise risks of sickness absence, improve employee resilience and improve employee health and wellbeing in the workplace.
