CS5808 Metal and Associated Works

Description

The procurement of The Metal and Associated Works' contract is for the supply of all aspects of metal and associated works repairs and maintenance services for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets within sites throughout Parks and open spaces within the Borough. The duration of the contract will be 3 years with an optional plus 1 at the discretion of the Council and subject to the service provider's performance. Pricing Strategy The pricing element weighting has been set at 40% with the quality set at 60% to provide quality repairs that will have longevity. Social Value Requirements The Social Value matrix will be used to secure SV commitments from the appointed supplier in line with the Council's policies. The SV aspect will have a tender evaluation of 10% of the total score.
