The requirement is to establish a framework of augmentation providers to undertake a range of delivery, migration, support, and knowledge-transfer activities for a range of portfolio projects intended to improve, rationalise, and modernise software-based systems that support services across the Councils directorates, and upskill and provide support to teams within IDS.
