MARKET ENGAGEMENT ONLY The commissioners are undertaking a soft market test. Prospective providers of 0 to19 HCP services are asked to share their thoughts and experiences in relation to the questions contained within the Soft Market Test questionnaire. The council will use the information to consider their options and further develop the specification. The Service will make a major contribution to the Salford Children and Young Peoples Improvement Plan. As an essential part of the childrens services system, the Service will provide leadership, co-ordination and delivery of the Salford Healthy Child Programme SHCP.
