## Description

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking tenders for the provision of a low level, short term, supported accommodation service in North Nottinghamshire \(Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark & Sherwood and Bassetlaw areas\)\. This contract replaces existing service contracts which are expiring\. The tender is for the provision of a support only contract, but that support will be delivered to people living in specific, designated units of accommodation\. The Provider will support people aged 18 and over who have a Learning Disability, Mental Health condition, Autistic Spectrum Disorder \(ASD\) or a Physical Disability, in a minimum of 62 units of accommodation\. They will work with them to achieve a more stable lifestyle and develop the necessary independent living skills and confidence to sustain independent accommodation on a long term basis\. It is anticipated that people will remain in the Service for not more than 6 months\.
