Work description
The aim of this procurement exercise is to appoint a Consultant who will provide the Council with sufficient technical information to produce and submit an Outline Business Case (OBC) document that presents the detailed case for the scheme.
It is anticipated that the length of this contract will be for a period of approximately 18 months and the specific timescales for completion of the required tasks are stipulated in the Specification.
