Description

Thirteen Housing Group is undertaking refurbishment to properties in Whinney Banks and Various estates in Middlesbrough. Thirteen seeks to appoint up to TWO contractors (one per lot) to support and supplement the Thirteen In House team in activities including boiler replacement and full heating replacements. • Lot 1 - 452 Whinney Banks WB02 • Lot 2 - 453 Various M'boro VS01 The Contracts will be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis.
