## Description

The Contract is for the provision of a Performance Partner to provide a Computer Aided Facilities Management \(CAFM\) system to interface with up to four \(4\) TFM Suppliers and provide access to end-to-end Work Order management for the Home Office, a 24hr Help Desk, TFM Supplier performance management, analysis and reporting, innovation, technology and data, and additional Services to support the Home Office management of in-scope properties in the UK and Europe\.
