Description
Wigan Council are currently in the process of reviewing access and circulation within Leigh Town Centre. In line with the objectives of the Leigh SRF, this study will need to consider how access within the town centre can be improved for walking, wheeling, and cycling and how other projects currently being progressed interact with the aims of this study. As such, the Council sought to secure the services of suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake this review which will involve two key stages as follows; • A town centre access review; and, • A parking and rationalisation review. The appointment of the Consultants will be made via a mini-competition from Lot 2 of the TfGM Professional Services Framework
