## Description

For the improvements in fire safety to Milton Court, Town Centre\. A Fire Risk Assessment \(FRA\) undertaken by Savills highlighted significant failings, and it is the purpose of this project to bring the building back up to an acceptable fire safety standard and allow SLHD to manage future maintenance efficiently\.
