Panel Services: The Customer does not guarantee volume of litigation. 1. Scope of requirement 1.1 The Supplier will need to have extensive experience of all aspects of Employment Tribunal litigation and the ability to deal with a potentially high volume of litigation so that it can cost effectively deal with all aspects of an Employment Tribunal claim from the point that an ET1 is issued, until conclusion of that claim, as well as any appeals. 1.2 That will exclude advocacy in substantive preliminary or full hearings where the Supplier will be required to use 'Panel Counsel' notified to the Supplier by GLD from time to time. 2. The requirement 2.1 As stated above, the Supplier will need to be able to deal with all aspects of an Employment Tribunal claim from the point that an ET1 is received by the Supplier, until conclusion of that claim, including any appeals.
