Wigan Council: Be Well: Health and Fitness gym equipment servicing and reactive maintenance 7 Wigan Council Be Well Health and Fitness centres.\r \r This requirement sets out the service expectations for the planned preventative and reactive maintenance service for the 7 Wigan Council Be Well Health and Fitness centres, over a 2 year period (with an option to extend by 2 x 12 month periods). \r The expectation is that tendering organisations will supply their detailed service delivery and performance management approach as part of their tender submission demonstrating full compliance within the output-based approach set down within this specification.
