Description

As detailed within SSO 0001 RM3808 Lot 5 ANTENNA SCCS Lot 5 : IP telephony services Internet Protocol (IP) Telephony services with the ability to make and receive telephone calls by transmission of voice over an IP based network service,including breakout PSTN. Voice call packages, direct dial (DD) ranges and associated equipment. Due to the impending cessation or our BT ISDN circuts along with the future PSTN switch off,OFWAT require a replacement telephony service. The primary focus will be solely on voice to enable OFWAT to continue to make and receive telephone calls following cessation of the BT ISDN circuts. The repacement service will have the ability to make and receive telephone calls by transmission of voice over an IP based network, including breakout to PSTN.
