The Circular Economy Fund capital grants programme, administered by WRAP on behalf of the Welsh Government require project monitors to collect and report data on grant outcomes from grant recipients. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
